Is training included in this plan? +
Not full-scale training. However, we do provide Loom walkthroughs, short how-to videos, and quick explanations to help your team get unstuck. If you require formal onboarding or role-based training, we offer these services separately.
Do the hours roll over if we don’t use them? +
Support hours are tracked weekly and are designed for consistent engagement. Hours do not roll over to the next quarter, but we help you use them efficiently and proactively with regular check-ins and optimisation suggestions.
What if we exceed the allotted hours in a week? +
No problem. We’ll notify you in advance if your usage is approaching the limit. You can either:
