Cancellation & Refund Policy

Welcome to Code Accelerator Private Limited (“we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing our platform, you (“user,” “customer,” or “buyer”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Payment Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

1. General Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full before products/services are delivered.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, Stripe, Paypal and Upwork.
  • Prices displayed on our website are in $ unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to update pricing, payment methods, and fees anytime.
  • Taxes and additional charges may apply based on your location.

2. Marketplace Payment Terms

  • Purchases made through our marketplace, including the HubSpot Marketplace, are subject to individual seller policies.
  • Buyers must ensure they understand the terms of the product before purchase.
  • Payments for marketplace products are processed through our secure payment gateways: Stripe and PayPal.
  • We hold payments in escrow (if applicable) until the product or Service is delivered.
  • Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are handled based on our Refund & Dispute Policy.

3. Service/Invoice Payment Terms

  • Service payments are billed per the agreed contract, proposal, or pricing plan.
  • Full or partial upfront payments may be required before service commencement.
  • For ongoing services, subscription fees or milestone-based payments may apply.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.
  • No refunds are actually issued for completed services unless you explicitly agree to them.
  • The invoice is subject to payment received before the 7th Day of next month, and Payment received after the 7th Day of Next Month will be treated as a Proforma Invoice, and the Final Invoice will be raised accordingly.
  • All disputes are subject to jurisdiction only in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

4. Refunds & Disputes

  • Refund eligibility varies based on the product/service category.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days for services or within 1 day for marketplace transaction purchases.Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days for services or 1 day for the marketplace purchased for the transaction.
  • If a dispute arises, users should contact us at support@thecodeaccelerator.com.
  • Chargebacks and fraudulent claims may result in account suspension.

5. Subscription & Recurring Payments (If Applicable)

  • Users who subscribe to recurring services must authorise automatic payments.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle.
  • We are not responsible for overdraft fees due to automatic billing.

6. Security & Fraud Prevention

  • All transactions are securely processed with industry-standard encryption.
  • We may request additional verification to prevent fraudulent transactions.
  • Users are responsible for keeping their payment information updated and secure.

7. Changes to Payment Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
  • Continued use of our platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
