We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team and contribute to our clients' success.
Role Overview:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Code Accelerator, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the growth of our clients. You will engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth sales process and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential clients through outreach, networking, and other means to generate leads.
- Sales Prospecting: Research and identify target markets, industries, and potential clients to expand our reach.
- Outreach & Engagement: Reach out to prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce them to our HubSpot-based solutions.
- Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure they are a good fit for our tailored solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for closing deals and enhancing client success.
- CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot and other tools to manage and track leads effectively, ensuring accurate reporting and insights.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform our strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within a tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, especially HubSpot.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and exceed sales targets.
- Passion for helping businesses transform and grow through innovative solutions.
